I’m always reading that they’re looking for ways to get young people more interested in the game of golf.  Although I wish I started to play while I was younger, I guess I should be glad that I discovered the game while I am still in my 20′s.  I found a couple things though recently that I think would appeal to people my age or even a little younger to diminish the perception that it’s just a game for old guys or for business meetings.

I will definitely be looking into this one when it comes to Atlanta this fall.  Anyone else interested?

OC Monster Golf

I could definitely see this being fun for a day at the beach or in the backyard.

Almost Golf

Practice golf balls that simulate ball flight of a real ball, yet fly 1/3 the distance, and are safe for the neighborhood.  Their college tour looks pretty cool.  Hopefully I can check it out since Georgia Tech looks to be one of their stops in the fall.  I wonder if we can setup one of these courses around my office.
